Took a special group Kayak trip from. Shem Creek out to Crab Bank (Shore bird nesting area) with emphasis on Mark Catesby. Our guides Geoff and Tally were very knowlegeble and enthusiastic about this pioneering English naturalist and explorer. These guides trained us to paddle safely while having fun and learning about this special ecosystem. They love Charleston, the natural environment, teaching and truly appreciating a simultaneous sunset and moonrise! Unique and fantastic!

Location was great, everybody was very friendly, our instructor and guide (Jeff )was very good and knowledgeable. My wife and I had really done this before so they will show you everything you need to know. After leaving there we wanted to go our on Kayak. We will be back again. I would defiantly recommend this to everyone.
We love this place! My daughter and I try to kayak and paddle board whenever we are in the area. The view on Shem Creek is amazing. We always see dolphins! Coastal Expeditions is our favorite!
Henry was an amazing guide, knowledgeable and patient with kayakers of all levels. We had a gorgeous day on Shem Creek! Would recommend to anyone, especially families.
I loved this place! First off the views are amazing! On our kayaking adventure we seen seven dolphins! Then you have the actual company itself; everyone is so friendly and helpful. Our guide made sure to go over every little detail to ensure our safety and the best way to keep us from getting tired. She showed us the best routes on the map as well. Definitely will be coming back!
