We had a guided kayak tour two years in a row and had amazing experiences both times. The guides are knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. We saw a lot of sea life and beautiful views of Charleston and the Harbor.
Coastal Expeditions is top notch at every level... From booking the trip and answering my 8 million questions, to the actual tour - Corey, our instructor and guide, was AMAZING! Literally with every moment every single staff member cared about our happiness and safety... I am a control freak and prone to high anxiety when in a new element... We took the ferry to Bull Island. Captain was very informative and quick to point out sights along the way! We spent our morning on the beach....it was high tide so no large shells but we did find 2 whole sand dollars, knobby whelks, and turkey wings! Thanks for a great trip....will definitely go back!
I would use this company again. Very informative and made it fun and personable. Gave much detailed help about the map of the island and the timing to walk it. Stopped along the way to and from Bulls Island to point out dolphin and wildlife.
These guys are great. Very knowledgable about the area! Highly recommend!
