Just finished a kayak day trip with Geoff on Echaw Creek. So much fun and Geoff is a walking (oops - I mean a kayaking) encyclopedia! Brilliant historian, "birder", and naturalist. This is my third or fourth outing with Coastal Expeditions and I can't wait until the next one!
My friend and I loved kayaking with Coastal Expeditions. The staff was friendly and very helpful, the equipment was great and their advice was on point! All of these things and more made the experience great. I will definitely be back again!
Amazing trip - we took 6 novice employees out for a team-building excursion and it was fabulous.
We loved our time on IOP and cant say enough about the awesome adventure we had kayaking with coastal expectations even with a 2 year old it was wonderful and so peaceful.

Coastal Expeditions is located perfectly in Shem Creek right near many popular restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful, and their equipment is always in tip-top shape and good quality. There are bathrooms with showers on site, which is very convenient and kept clean. I recommend Coastal Expeditions to anyone looking to do some kayaking/ SUP and want to experience the best of Lowcountry life.
Enjoyed Friday exploring Bull's Island. Will and Nickolas were our friendly and informative guides on the ferry ride. Saturday we kayaked Shem Creek with Olivia and Hannah. They were just as nice and informative. Southern hospitality at its best!
