We had an excellent kayaking experience with Aaron at the Mount Pleasant Shem Creek location. He was not only knowledge about teaching us how to navigate a Kayak in different scenarios, but we learned about the biology of the estuary he grew up exploring. We also enjoyed his travel stories. The other employees were friendly, too!
I've honestly lost track how many times I've gone to Bull Island with Coastal Expeditions, but I can tell you that each and every time is a new adventure . The beach itself is ever changing thanks to Mother Nature, but I have never failed to learn something new on each trip . Will and Nick are excellent at what they do . Both are also a wealth of information . I'm already looking forward to our next adventure with Coastal Expeditions!!!!
Captain William Christenson was the absolute best! He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and helpful. He made the entire experience enjoyable and informative. He even recommended what would be best to see on Bulls Island based on time limitations, mosquitoes, seasonality, and activity. We were so fortunate to have had him to guide us and cannot wait to do it again! Thank you :)
Excellent tour! Our guide, Caroline was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable of the waterway and birds and their critters along the way !
Took the sunrise photography tour of boneyard beach and would highly recommend it. Professional staff and a great location.
