I had an absolutely wonderful home-buying experience working with Tommy Mack in Key West. From start to finish, Tommy made the entire process easy, smooth, and truly turnkey. His knowledge of Key West and the Florida Keys is exceptional. He understands the local market, the neighborhoods, and all of the unique considerations that come with buying property in the Keys. More importantly, Tommy was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure I found the right property. What really stood out to me... read more

If we could give Tommy and Jessica 10 stars, we absolutely would. They spent three full weekends taking my husband and me to over 30 homes across the Keys, never once losing their patience or enthusiasm. They genuinely cared about helping us find - not just any home - but the perfect home for us and that meant everything. Their knowledge of the area, their honesty, and the way they listened to what truly mattered to us made the whole experience feel easy and even fun. We never felt rushed, pressured, or like “just another cl... read more

Buying never became a distraction to my work at home with Tommy on the job. He is extremely responsive and knows how to get a deal done. With countless referrals for us for lenders insurers atto... read more

Huge shout out to Tommy Mack for his help on our new condo purchase. Not sure it would have happened without his deep experience of the Key West market and negotiating experience. He was really quick to respond, patient, and went above and beyond with assistance during the closing process as well. Highly recommended Tommy Mack… just a great guy to work with! Huge thanks Tommy!

Outstanding! One word sums it up. From our initial connection via Zillow to purchasing a home here in Key West, Tommy was outstanding. For those contemplating a pivot, put your trust in Tommy and leverage his tenure on the island as one of the top agents in the Florida Keys. We connected online, flew down two weeks later, walked through 5 properties in a day and put in an offer. Tommy's professionalism, communication, connections, and support were invaluable from start to finish and beyond. We will be referring our friends a... read more
