Efficient & courteous. Arrived on time & cleaned & inspected my fireplace. They were extremely efficient, answered all my questions, even gave me a brochure explaining everything. I am very satisfied. Will definately use again.
Professional & Courteous – Was very impressed with everything about this company. The office was able to answer all my questions professionally. In Sept. of this year 2010, I called CCS to clean my stove and chimney & give me an estimate to line my chimney, as my house is old, and I wanted to make sure it was safe through the winter season. I heat my house with wood only, with no other heat source and told Mr. Lovell this right off the bat when he arrived. He cleaned my stove & supposedly my chimney saying he'd get back to me with the estimate to line it... Highly recommend Coastal Chimney Sweeps – Prompt, efficient, courteous. Our appointment was for 7:30. Mr. Lovell arrived at 7: 20, and had thoroughly cleaned and checked our fireplace and chimney by 8:00. His price is reasonable, and for extra measure he gave us an informative brochure on fire place safety.
