I have trusted Joe and his staff at Coastal Catering to serve the CEO of our company under very stressful situations and I was never disappointed. The menu is always centered around the particular event we are hosting, Joe and his staff always and when I say "always" there are no exceptions, always completely satisfies. The creativity Coastal brings to the event is exceptional, the food is of very high quality and presentation flawless, hats off to a great team of professional that make me look good in my job.
The food/menu, service, and level of professionalism exceeded my expectations. Our guests were thrilled with the menu and the array of options, which is exactly what we were looking for. If you want somebody easy to work with and always available to answer your calls...then Joe is the one to get for your catering needs. We had Joe cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. We were not disappointed either night...everything was great. Thanks to Joe both nights were a success.
Joe and his team pulled off a great party as the caterer for our son's rehearsal dinner. The party was at the beach on Oak Island and had to be planned long distance from our home in New Jersey. Joe came up with a super menu which seemed well priced, and facilitated all details involved with the party for 40. His team arrived on time at our house, set up everything efficiently, served a great dinner, cleaned up perfectly and disappeared. I can't imagine a better job!
