Joe catered my son @ daughter-in-laws wedding/reheasal dinner on Baild-Head Island,N.C. I have to say everything was absolutely perfect from the help,presentation,quality @ the quantity he suggested to order. We could sure use someone like him in S. Fl. sugguested quanity
Everyone lived the food. There were many, many, many compliments to the chef, Joe Caldropoli. The food was very sophisticated and wonderful. Joe paid a lot of attention to details in his constructions.The tuna on the spoon was unforgettable, the paella bowls were a treat, fabulous, loved the spices. Joe's Carribean style menu really added to our destination beach wedding in Ocean Isle Beach. He was recommended to us by our coordinator who had nothing but incredible things to say about Joe. The food was awesome! Our guests are STILL talking about the food(especially the black bean cakes-YUMMY!!). The night after our wedding, we ate some of what was leftover from the reception, and it was still delicious even after being reheated!! We lived our reception all over again! Thanks, Joe!!

We had a destination wedding in Ocean Isle so all of our planning was done through phone calls and email. Coastal Catering and Events was recommended to us and they did not disappoint. Joe was very accommodating to all of my questions and requests and more importantly, patient with us as we had no previous experience in planning such a huge and important event. Joe is an artist. The best chef ever and presentation to match. Always a great meal, without exception.
Not that I want to put Joe on the spot BUT, I called on Wednesday for a party needed for Saturday (last minute) and then went so far as to change things up deciding I wanted more since what JOE had proposed was already aswesome. My daughter was recently married in Southport, NC. Joe @ Coastal Catering and Connie, wedding planner ,were friendly, easy to work with, experienced, efficient ,knowledgeable and provided delicious and wonderfully presented food for our rehearsal dinner as well as the wedding.
