They made everything SO easy! They helped plan the menu and worked within my budget The staff did a great job and the food was incredible! The guests kept coming up to me and telling me how great everything tasted. The staff was helpful, professional and they didn't cut corners. Their clean up was imaculate and they were extremly proficient! I would highly recommend them for any event. They took the stress off of everything. Thank you!
Joe and his staff helped our day to run flawlessly! Not only was the food fantastic, even better than I could have imagined, but Joe was professional and efficient. He responded quickly and thoroughly to any questions or concerns that we had along the way, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for anyone better. We will be sure to recommend him to everyone we know!
Joe's audience for the fantastic feast he created consisted primarily of excellent Italian cooks. Everyone was from out-of-town, all over America, and Joe's food (Low Country Boil - shrimp, mussels, clams, corn, sausage, potatoes, PLUS Grilled Chicken Tomato Basil and Macaroni for the kids) received accolades that night and wedding day too. Joe's service and his staff were excellent in every way. Joe even contributed ideas for me to use in the decorations. I couldn't have found anyone better.
Joe and his staff catered my daughter's wedding reception of 220 people on May 19, 2012. The food was fabulous and Joe was so easy to work with. The presentation was excellent and the service impeccable! I highly recommend Joe for all catering events!!! Large or small!

Just a big thank you for a wonderful job well done at the rehearsal dinner held at the Association Building on Bald Head Island. We had the Low Country Boil and it was delicious. Joe Caldropoli, the owner of Coastal Catering in Boiling Springs, NC, provided the food for my daughter's wedding. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. The food was absolutely fabulous. He would be, hands down, one of my favorite vendors!
