I have seen Cynthia Cuson since January, I was very nervous to meet a new provider all over again, but she has been amazing she listens to any and everything you have to say she takes time for her patients during your visit!! I highly recommend her for any psychiatric needs!! She has done more for me in the last few months than any other providers have in the last 6 years!
If I could give zero stars on it review, I would. Took me off all my medication’s and drop me like a bad habit
This facility has gone above and beyond to help my family. Ms.Cindy is a wonderful NP who cares about her patients and their well-being. She has gone out of her way to get us where we are on this healing journey. Mackenzie and the office manager have been so patient and kind. Thank you so much ladies, we appreciate everything you have done to help us.
Are you guys also getting emails and texts notifications saying that you have to pay your bill for all 9 appointments that you’ve had that you prepaid for??? the first time there was an issue like this was whenever my medication needed to be filled and they canceled my appointment and I couldn’t get a hold of anybody. I’m giving one star due to a situation I had today at the office in Conway. Otherwise, I give the practice a 5-star rating. I’ve had excellent service and care with Dr. Shaw and staff until today. Dr. Shaw was moved to the Conway office. So I had to start going to that location. I have been there one other time, I think, besides today. I was under 20 minutes late.
