Doctor is great but office staff is unresponsive. I was supposed to get a call for my appointment after the referral from my PCP and waited 2 weeks with no call. I had to call them but they were able to see me within 2 days of my call. I’ll review again after I see how long it takes to get the tests scheduled that she wants done.
Positive experience at this office. Office manager Gretchen had me in office within 48 hours due to cancellation. No wait time for appointment. Warmly greeted upon arrival. PJ was on that day and was kind and able to answers I had. Dr. Lauze was pleasant and very tuned into gathering my history and of exam on me. No stone was left unturned with her ordering test to find causative factors of my symptoms. Yes I recommend this practice. Enjoy the picture of my Cairn Terrier O'Shea....Susan O'Shea Dolan
