Oh my, this was our lucky day! We arrived in Ocracoke last night and today we had to venture back to Kitty Hawk to see Dr. Samson and staff. You know, it's always scary when you have to go to a new vet...you really don't know how it's going to go, whether or not they really know what they're doing, etc., etc. We needn't have worried at all! Dr. Samson and the tech were just great! Professional, personable, knowledgable, gentle with our little girl...we couldn't have asked for more. Dr. Samson made an unbearable decision almost bearable. It was obvious he and his staff knew how painful it was to suddenly have to say goodbye to our Karma, who had been part of our lives for 14 years. They were so kind and showed such empathy. If I ever get another pet, he will be our choice for vet care.
Just wanted to say thank you for taking care of us and our Bailey at such a heart wrenching time for all of us. You all couldn't have been nicer to us and we appreciate it more than you know.
