Couldn't ask for better service. Very prompt. Just moved into a home from out of state didn't know anyone to call. Found this on company in the phone book. Our ac/heating unit was not heating or cooling. Tech came out inspected unit the coils were broken on heat unit and needed Freon to cool. Showed us the problem. Coast to Coast installed a new heating and air conditioning system and cleaned our home's 35 year old ductwork. Management texted us a reminder of our appointment a day prior, texted us when the techs were enroute, and called us upon completion to ensure we were satisfied. We are 100% satisfied with this company!
We had to have our 4th A/C installed in 15 years. Coast to Coast is the first installer to make a 6-month maintenance check and at no charge. This was again a 100% satisfactory job just like the Installation was done 6 month ago. Everything was completely and thoroughly checked, noted and cleaned, Raymond even washed and dried the outside unit. We can recommend Coast to Coast wholeheartedly, these are top professionals and honest Technician's.
