Coast to Coast exceeded our expectations. They were timely, knowledgeable,courteous and reasonably priced. They earned our business and our trust. We had a very difficult A.C. repair job and they worked at it tirelessly until they resolved the issue. We couldn't be more grateful for the kind and attentive service we received from this company. Not many companies around like this one anymore.
Very communicative company, always kept abreast of the schedule. As the technician did his work he too kept me informed along the way showing me the details of his analysis and the background of his recommendations. Very fair pricing too. About 2 months before they came out I had a problem, and at the time I was not even a customer, I called them after reading a number of positive reviews. It was late in the day and the technician coached me over the phone with the solution. I highly recommend them!
Highly professional owner and staff. Always encourages clients to call with any questions or concerns. Coast to Coast Heating & AC also services electric pool heaters and I have already made arrangements to have them check out my pool heater because I was happy with the installation of my central AC unit, Peter (owner) also searched for and helped me with several rebates. Had maintenance done on our air-conditioning unit yesterday. Once again, was very satisfied with Coast-to-Coast Technician Josh who was both professional & knowledgeable.
I am a tradesman and business owner (retired) and I needed an ac system replaced at our house . This company quoted us a very good price, replaced it on a cold day in January and never complained about the weather, it was more important to them that they kept there word than there comfort. The air handler developed a slight vibration at a low speed about eight months after the installation, they were out the day after I talked to them and did a repair adjustment to satisfy our complaint.
