We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our air conditioner had gone out after 16 years. Kamil came out and expertly assessed our situation. He has great product knowledge and presented several options. He did not try to oversell us, and answered all our questions. We felt confident and good about our decision. They had good prices for good products, but the reason for using them came from our confidence that Peter and his team would do the job right the first time. Our repair was tricky - it included some ductwork upgrades. Peter took the time to listen to our concerns and address the entire repair in one effort. Coast to Coast Heating & Air is positively the best. I love the service, the dedicated staff and the owner who manages every detail. Ray came out to do maintenance and he made a complete check of both systems installed by Coast to Coast. Both systems were checked, new filters installed.
