5k was going to resolve my issues and we agreed on the phone but later they would need another 5k to do what we had originally agreed upon. I gave them then another 5k and they only negotiated a monthly payment agreement and said their work was complete versus attempting to see if mistakes were made on previous taxes and then negotiating an offer in compromise, which was the original agreement. They won't acknowledge the original telephonic agreement or return my calls,

This company has sent several very official-looking documents to my parents, that appear to be from a government agency. These letters upset them greatly, which they do not need considering their health and other problems. There are quite a few REAL government agencies that acknowledge that letters like these are fraudulent at best. When I called the company to deal with the problem, I requested to speak to their legal representation, they denied. It was a blessing to have a team of professionals help me resolve problems with IRS. I was a victim of identity theft and I couldnt have done what this amazing team did for me. These guys are great. They really know what they are doing. Be patient, your bills didnt occur in one year, so they wont go away in one year. But you will be extrememly happy.
