I had numerous interactions with Coast One over a two year period to resolve my taxes. It is not a quick process, however once my file was accepted for review by the **** my agent did a wonderful job guiding me through the process. When my file was finally in review by the **** my agent was instrumental in ensuring that we had the correct information to make sure that I qualified for the program. My advice, be patient and trust the process.
I was so sorry I ever contacted Cost one I was charge 3 different times basically under threat that they were going to cut me loose because they wanted more money I ended up paying thousands of dollars over 10k at the end they weren't as friendly because they already had my money so it was hard for me to get an answer for my questions. I wouldn't recommend cost one to anyone unless I hated them!.
