I am so Impressed with Signature dental! Dr. Minter & her sister are outstanding dentists! It feels like I get 2 for one care. Every time I had an issue I felt I was in safe hands! Office staff is extremely kind & professional. I even had a dental emergency & called the after hours number to get a call back quickly to talk with Dr. Minter to calm me down & told me to come on in First thing next business day & they would fit me in to fix my crubeling tooth. Look no further...Dr.Minter and her staff are excellent when it comes to providing their patients the Best experience and high quality dental care. They are honest and they don't push unnecessary treatments. They absolutely care about the patient as a whole. I simply cannot say enough. I am always complimented on my smile and I am asked quite often who my dentist is.. I have even rec. my coworkers and family.
I have seen both Dr. Minter and her sister and have received excellent care from both. They are very caring and make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. The hygienists and office staff are also top notch. My husband who hadn't been to the dentist in several years is also very comfortable going to this office for treatment.
Signature Dental Care (formerly the practice of Dennis Houston) is carrying on the wonderful dental service I had come to depend on. These gals - all of them from the front office staff, the hygienists and dentists do a great job. I am very impressed with their gentle, caring touch and expert ability. I highly recommend them!
they are very quick and efficient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It didn't feel like your average going to the dentist day, they cared about how your day is going and things in your life. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for getting a filling!
I'm not sure how I was able to get an appointment to start being seen at their office in the first place, but it only lasted that one visit. The wait was initially so-so to even be called into the back for x-rays, then I waited approx. an hr before leaving because they wanted me to wait even longer since the one dentist was working with other patient and wasn't done. I had a fantastic experience today with Dr. Minter and her fabulous staff. Starting with their front office staff, Krista, the office manager, was professional, helpful, courteous, and great customer service. Julie also awesome too! I had my mid annual teeth cleaning with Peggy and as always was very professional and did a fantastic job. Dawn was very friendly and welcoming as she always is.
