Great Dr and explain all your procedures and options available to you
Had the best experience at this office. I hate the dentist but the moment you walk into the door you are greeted by Carmen and she just makes you feel so much better. She has a great personality and is very friendly and down to earth. If you need something done she is very helpful in explaining the INS benefits and how things work. I was very satisfied. WONDERFUL. As is I am already anxious about going to any dentist. But Veronica at the front desk was so understanding and kind she made me very comfortable. Then Dr. Lee took over and he was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns. We started my treatment and I can tell you IT WAS A PLEASANT experience. I will be referring all my co-workers and family to Dr. Lee nd Smile Dental in Moreno Valley.
The staff was great. All my insurance was ready and clearly presented to me with NO HIDDEN FEES. The doctor was very gentle and was able to get my treatment started right away. And the financial was reasonable. Thank you all.
I have now been to Smile Dental twice and BOTH times I was treated with professionalism and courtsey! I was also most taken with the interaction of the office manager, Carmine. She has a quick wit and the ability to put patients at ease while attempting to resolve their personal issues. I would (AND DO) highly recommend them to othrs, without reservations!
