Do not hire. He refused to give me any references and only showed me pics of floors. I wanted to see a bathroom tile project because that was my job. This person personally offended and harassed me with remarks about my faith, my preference regarding the marble chair rail I picked out and lastly, my deceased husband. This customer has done to us as she has done to the previous contractor, she had the gentleman do the work and halfway through the job, she changed her mind on all of the product that she had purchased. When she changed her mind on all of the work, she told him not to come back. When we arrived to do the work, she had a couple of different choices laid out. Love the new wood floors. Loved having a crew to do the work as though they were installing floors in their own home. The crew was friendly, knowledgable and skilled. Great job.
Walt and his team did a great job installing laminate flooring in our living and dining room. Got everything done in a day. CJ and TJ did a fantastic job with the installation, removal of carpet and clean up. Highly recommend this team.

Mr Ross came out to give us a free estimate on a backsplash in our modest kitchen very shortly after inquiring on HomeAdvisor. I was never made to feel as if I was wasting the owners time with our "small job" and he gave us a quote that was well within the budget we had in mind. He sent us a contract/service date right away. They were flexible so that we could buy tile from Lowes that matched adjacent work from 2012. They checkerboarded the 7 remaining pieces from 2012 along the contact in case of visible dye lot differences. They worked hard when cutting tile to not be wasteful so that we had tiles left over we could return boxes and save costs. The result looks great, flat and with no tripping hazards where the tile meets existing flooring. And they offered payment options so we could add on some tiling we considered optional but desirable. I never write reviews for products, but this one I had to post because they deserve to be commended for their quality work and excellent craftsmanship.
