I stayed here for the summer, and any little interaction between these people was greatly appreciated these people left me out at 1-2 o'clock in the morning. Even though I called their EMERGENCY number multiple times and sent text messages and NEVER got answer or an apology for actions. Would not recommend living here to anyone. These people will try their hardest to not give you your security deposit. Living somewhere is your best option.

Sheila is a slum landlord and very difficult to work with. I have known friends that have lived at spruce pointe and the apartments across from the stritz apartments on welch ave. Forget about getting your security deposit back they will take all of it and claim that your apartment was not clean. After cleaning the apartment for hours we were charged for paper towel fuzz on the mirror and received a third of the deposit back because there was dust on the top of the toilet. I rented from Coady Enterprises for 4 and a half years while I attended Iowa State University. My stay in the apartment was comfortable and affordable. For being located just two blocks from campus, my rent rate was very reasonable. In fact, one semester I did not have a roommate and the property own, Sheila, worked with during that time so I could remain in the apartment. Sheila was very honest with me and took care the property when repairs were needed. I definitely would recommend renting from Coady Enterprises.

I lived here toward the end of the time that Suzanne and Sheila were the primary property managers. At the end of my lease new management took over the majority of the job. In my time with the Sisters, I have no reason to complain! Sheila was particularly understanding of having difficult downstairs neighbors who seemed to get enjoyment out of tattling on us. I haven't seen Sheila in a while, thank goodness. I love the property location but the management is truly crazy. They are unethical and don't provide the services they say they do. I paid around $350 for parking and did not have a spot when I needed it and had to park 30 min away from my apartment and walk.
