Called about an apartment listed , can’t understand them . Barely speak English
Very very unprofessional they don’t respond to emails or phone calls when trying to apply for an apartment, they also don’t even have showing
Fridge barely big enough for anything (gallon of milk takes up more space than it should), never mind the freezer. Carpets were “bleached” but somehow had stains in every room except the bathroom.. since it was tile! Bathroom sink barely drained, heard my neighbors on the left, right, and over my head like they were sitting in the same room as me. Luckily I didn’t live there, my mother did but I was always there visiting... Glad I got her back he heck out of dodge.. no more words for this place. Lease with caution :)
This dump of a complex rejected our application 3 years ago because “ credit was too low.” Now we are living in a luxury apartment with central air, elevators and brand new appliances in a beautiful area and this low grade poor complex thinks they’re special. It’s laughable.
With all this pandemic situation, we were out of work just when we had to renew the lease. Lisa was very proactive looking for a solution to our situation without affecting us. We moved because of the situation, but it is a good place to live with a very good location.
