Fire your racist employee that has been mentioned. She is racist and she has a problem with people that are not her color. How can we be safe knowing she feels that way about us? She has no problem saying it. I bet we would not get the care that we are supposed to get.

As a nurse and a black woman I know all to well how implicit bias affects the care we receive in healthcare facilities. For your hospital to affiliate with Bekki Adcock, someone who has openly expressed racist views toward her own family, makes me seriously question the care you give to blacks and other people of color.
