I got a full set on friday December 23rd and Thursday December 29th it looks a month out already. There were bubbles in it from the beginning. My right thumb nail us crooked! And they are already lifting!! $35 down the drain.

Too bad I won't be going back to Helen's nails. The owner likes to nickel-and-dime you. Wanted me to pay $25 for a manicure where the lady did not do a full manicure she literally washed my hands and painted my nails. She gave me $10 off. 12 hours later the Polish is peeling off. I called and Helen wants me to payback the $10 to have it fixed, not happening. What a poor business decision on her part. I'm a very loyal customer until you are flat wrong. I have been getting my nails done at Helen's for almost a year and they are fantastic. Won't be going anywhere else.
I've been going here since 2012, and it's the only shop I will go to!!! The tech's are all excellent, and very helpful in deciding what u are looking for and wanting!!! I love the receptionist she has me smiling the whole time I'm there!!! So If your looking for a shop with great prices, great people, very clean, and tidy this is it!!! <3 <3 <3
