Got a pedicure and it was rushed and sloppy. Also the lady who checked us out needs to learn to mind her own business and not criticize people who have kids and say “well you’re broke now “no you’re rude.

I've been to Helen's a few times, the first time was awesome, great outcome for my nails and the ladies were sweet. Unfortunately the last 4/5 times have been absolutely terrible outcomes for my nails. This last time was just ridiculous, within a week my nails were chipping and lifting to the point of falling off. I went to a two different girls and had the same results. They're so busy they're rushing to get the nails done which results in terrible quality for nails. Best nail salon in Colorado springs hands down... I was about to give up on nail salons in the area and just make the drive to Thornton... I totally recommend them...
Second time here and wonderful service as always seen right away and Paul did a beautiful job on my Halloween nails! Everyone is very friendly and I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere when getting my nails done, but this place is fabulous and will continue to come here once a week for me and my friends mommy dates. Thanks again Paul another beautiful set of nails!
Visited Helen’s nails for the first time in October per the recommendation from a friend. I received the best pedicure I’ve ever had from Kelly - she spent a solid 10 minutes on the massage and really took an interest in getting to know me. The atmosphere is classy, clean and everyone is extremely friendly. I highly recommend visiting Helen’s nails; I will soon be a regular!
i love Helen's! i used to get acrylics done here before learning i was pregnant and was always pleased with them. i often picked a color and asked for whatever design they wanted to give me and was never disappointed! Sometimes I would come in with a picture and they would replicate it, no problem! Now that I am pregnant, I use them for pedicures. Walked right in and Kelly did a A++ job on my feet.
Everyone is amazing here! I highly recommend them. Kylie or Kim usually do my nails and toes and it’s always a pleasant experience! Great place!
