Everything about my experience at Helen's was wonderful all the way from the costumer service down to the actual service. I have never been more satisfied with my nails my acrylics are flawless and my eyebrows are on point I will definitely be back!
I went to Helen's today for the first time..I chose a soft/light pink and when my nails were painted with the gel polish it was uneven and very messy. My friend complained for me lol and I got in trouble from the male nail tech for not being satisfied. Then Helen had to take over and do my nails after being there for over an hour. It turns out my nails were as bad as the first time they tried to fix it . I hate my nails and now I gotta go elsewhere to have them repainted!
The ONLY place in Colorado Springs that I'll get my nails done. I ALWAYS get asked where I get my nails done because Helen & Tammy do such an amazing job! Tammy now does my nails, toes and eyebrows & they all look amazing. Literally perfection. 5 stars hands down.
I would never recommend this place to anybody. Ever.
I asked them to file them down some and Helen the owner handed me the file and told me to do it myself.... It would be easier for her she said.
I've been going here for the last 10 years for pedicures and eyebrow waxes --- and never disappointed. I love the new chairs!
Went for the first time yesterday, I made an appt for two pedicures. We were sat down almost immediately. The two people we had were nice.Overall had a great experience!

Had shellac done and two days later they came off. Went back in and they fixed the problem gave me a new set, those came off again 2 days later one nail at a time. I took a friend with because I've never been disappointed before. Now I will never return paying 60$ for my glitter shallac and them not lasting nor the second set lasting. I will never return!
