I’ve given this salon two chances, and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. The first time, my acrylic nails were uneven, lumpy, and started lifting within days—so bad my hair got stuck in them. Today, removal was harsh—no proper soak, just aggressive clipping. She’s nice at first, but it’s all about the money, not quality or professionalism. I walked out with a basic, rushed service—not what anyone would call a real manicure. I won’t be going back.
