My dad has been here since November 4, 2016. Still here... First he was on the 9th floor ICU and has stepped down to regular room (still 9th floor). In the beginning we always thought having someone with him for company at all times would be special and would show him how much we love him and support him on his recovery. I was only there overnight but your professional staff made my visit very pleasant. Especially a big thanks to Craig and Keith that took care of me when I was in 9B. Great Hospital.

I was born with Sickle cell disease & all my life I have been in & out of the Hospital. I lived in NYC until I got grown & then moved to Belmont,NC. When I went into a crises the 1st.time I moved down here, I went to a Gastonia HOSPITAL , clinic etc. They knew NOTHING of how to treat me. I returned to CMC MAIN & LO & BEHOLD they still had my info in the computer from YEARS AGO! I AM GLAD THAT THEY ARE SO ATTENTIVE & CARING & I"'ll tell ANYONE TO COME to come to CMC MAIN 1000 BLYTHE BLVD.���
I spent 4 days in CMC after my husband had surgery in August the 9th floor became home. I couldn't have asked for better nursing especially Dan at night he was awesome. Anita the dietary aide for the 9th floor would remember what my husband liked to the point he didn't have to asked and she learned she enjoyed fruit with cottage cheese. We ended up going back several weeks later and had to spend another 7 days and nights 9th floor really becoming home considering we lived 3 1/2 hours away I had no where else to go.
