Terrible service, poor communication. My husband sent his 12 month old DMAX to Clyde Isuzu when it ceased working. Their communication was poor and no offer of a courtesy vehicle or assistance to pay for a hire car. After 2 weeks no car they have informed us the clutch will need replacing along with starter motor and a recall issue. They are not honouring clutch replacement under warranty, preferring to blame it on us for exceeding maximum wading depth which is entirely untrue. As a traveler from S.A I noticed a sensor on my dashboard of my Isuzu wouldn't go off . On contacting Clyde Isuzu Ute service department I was able to take the car in the same day where the problem was rectified . How good is that for service. Thank you all in the service department.
I was unfortunate enough to have a computer problem with my vehicle at Ulladulla and had my vehicle towed to Clyde Isuzu Ute at Batemans Bay where they were found to be exceptionally busy and there was a 2 week wait for service due to the fact of us being on the road and having to move out of our caravan park the next day the service receptionist Ashley and service manager Cameron went above and beyond and had our vehicle repaired Overnight and ready for collection upon opening the next morning for us to continue our road tr... read more
