Do not spend your $ here! – The girls that work here are either, A: Not paying attention and talking to one another, fixing their hair, nails, etc., B: Trying to push you into buying another package constantly, pretty much every time I come in, or C: Just being downright unfriendly. I honestly can't wait until my package expires so I can tan somewhere else. The prices are ridiculous compared to other tanning salons. GREAT! – This place is great! They gave my boyfriend a stellar deal and were very helpful. I am assuming the girl below was an ugly child, because Club Tan likes good looking clientel, not hideous little things. Who would want business from ugly people at a tanning salon, where you are promoting health and beauty? Get real emercer1985, they talked down to you because you're an awful looking one.. Worst Business Ever – I have never been to a business where I have been treated so badly as I have experienced with Club Tan. Every employee there talks down to you as if you're nothing and they are too busy talking with one another to notice that a bed is free or needs to be cleaned. DO NOT ON ANY CIRCUMSTANCES allow them access to your bank account. I have been triple charged in one month because they were not intelligent enought to file my february payment into the february file, instead they filed it with July! That does... read more
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY – Although their beds are top quality and the atmosphere is sophisticated, they are extremely over priced and don't even THINK about using their "auto-debit" billing system. They take advantage of your bank account information and I'm not the first to say it. I have been double charged FOUR times, my contract ended in june and it is now october and they continue to take money from my account, and the money never comes out on the dates you sign the reciepts for.
