A New member for life – I'm not a 16 year old employee, nor a twenty something airhead. I am a mid forties female in a professional career, and find Club Tan to be a great place to go. My experience has been with the Tanasbourne location, and it has been an excellent experience. amzaing people amazing beds!!!!! – I have been a member at the tanasbourne club tan for over 10 years, I first signed up with jen who has been with the company for many years, when she left about a year ago I worried that I would not recieve the same one on one attention and customer service that I used to receive, however the new manager who took over is so wonderful I had to make it vocal!!! DONT TAN HERE! – Club Tan Beaverton and Tanasbourne were a complete disappointment... The manager that I ran into at both of these location at separate times was a complete B*tch. She was pushy, I had just purchased tans from another manager and told her I did not want to purchase from her because of her attitude and she walked away and I had to wait for another sales person to help me...upon leaving I overhead her gossiping with another employee on how I only buy from Liz at Hillsboro because I want to sleep with her.... Great customer service – I am so impressed with the service I get at club tan. All the staff there go over and beyond the call of duty. I can't wait to just go in and say good morning and the bonus is I get to tan also. I have to say Sepe is one of the most professional but yet nice girls that work there. great people, great beds – I have been a member of club tan for over 6 years and i have recieved nothing but the best customer service. everyone who works there knows my name and knows the beds that i like to tan in, they always make sure to get me in a bed as soon as they can. sometimes there is a wait around dinner time beacuse they get busy but they are all entertaining so i dont mind waiting once in a while. i have read some of these other comments left and that is why i am writing, club tan always has the newest and bes... read more
horrible place, horrible management, poor customer service, horrible to EMPLOYEES!!! – My daughter worked for this outfit and has had nothing but problems. She is 16 years old. 4 people have quit since she started (2 months ago) and my daughter has since quit twice and the second time for good. Worst Business I ever been to in my life. – The first time I went to Club Tan it seemed like a really nice place. I got to know the manager and her family really well and I can't say anything bad about them. However, I would expect much more from people who care more about their appearance than anything. awful place – .If you're thinking about buying a membership at any CLUB TAN, first you should check out what Oregon's Attorney General office says and you'll run away. The only good thing about CLUB TAN is the free water, which they're usually out of. It?s a wonder they stay in business. As others have stated in their post, it?s all true.
