Beware! Do Not Join! The membership fees are a scam. Staff will lie to you to get you to join. Customer service will read you the fine print in their agreements to charge you hundreds of dollars when you try and cancel. This is an ongoing problem that has happened to many many customers. Really wish I would have read reviews about Club Fitness before joining.

Apparently, there is a beef between the local corporate Club Fitness management and the personal trainer company they have been using for the past 15 years. The new Management came into a few locations and kicked the trainers out mid-session. A friend of mine goes to one of the locations where it happened and showed up for his session and was told the trainers wouldn't be there. No notice and no warning and no recompense. Why is all the equipment that is broke never fixed? There is a back and dip machine that has been broke for a year and not fixed now 2 weighted machines cables are broke with tags on them for months now. We have fed ex and express mail now can we get them repaired?
