I've been a customer for the last 15 years and recently had an issue with a bill. Wowza, was the customer service bad! Putting the terrible customer service aside, the facility is dirty and all the equipment are usually placed out of order....for even weeks to months! Even after the new updates, the place gets a 1 in my opinion.

Signed up my girlfriend they did it immediately so we could get going ,plenty of machines so I could do what I needed .

I was a active member there when i was admitted to the hospital for nearly 2 months when i called and explained the situation to the person working the phone i was told they would freeze my account and then just continue paying to start it back up when whenn i recovered i went to return and they said they turned my account to a collection agency tell my i couldnt work out til i paid over a hundred dollars which is two times my monthly dues so i wouldnt even consider any club fitness try golds
