Mothers Day they had big sign by the door congratulating Mothers and gave each a free water or discounted smoothie. Absolutely nothing on Fathers Day. Obviously Fathers don’t matter there. Terrible customer service. I called them out on it as did some others. They weren’t overly happy about being challenged on it either.
Love this location. But get it together with your ordering and procurement. This is the 4th week in a row that all three of the sanitizing dispensers were empty. 6am on. Tuesday.... cmon. Let’s do better
RecommendedThe staff is great and very friendly. They help you when you need it. My trainer is awesome, she works me and that makes me what to go forth even stronger. I Love it that my trainer, Dena Hunt FitPro know how to work well with me and what's going on with me health wise. Very intuitive woman! 💪💪💪💪
For how many people they have attend this location regularly, it is not nearly big enough. Always have to wait for equipment. The wifi almost never works. & they seem to have a high turnover rate of employees. Making what should be a friendly easy going environment kind of hectic and poorly run.
The Sauna will set you right if nothing else. It's one of the cleaner clubs out there. I enjoy it out there. I don't mind that it's always busy.
