Not only are the terrible to deal with you cant even cancel over the phone. Are you kidding me? I haven't been to the gym in months maybe even a year and now they WANT me to go in to cancel.. Really, if I wanted to go there i'd have already been there.. Thanks for making it as hard as possible to do anything with you!Â
