Place is very clean and suits my needs while traveling. The convenience is the 24 hour availability but the place is kept up pretty well. Joining last year was a breeze, hassle free and Joseph made it easy. Initial training session was informative and helped with my dead lifts and bench press. Sauna is great for after workout. Would suggest a scale in the locker room so you can get a real weight, without clothing, on a consistent basis.
This location is great, very clean, and the staff is awesome, my daughter and I work out together there and are very happy we chose Club Fitness! �
It's a great atmosphere, if you make it in they will motivate you..
