Females at the tanning desk could not be more unfriendly and unwelcoming. Which is a shame, because the rest of the gym is fine.
Best gym ever! Everythings always clean and if anythings broken it gets fixed within days! The staff is AMAZING! Blake always remembers your name and asks how your doing! Megan at the shake bar is awesome and I love her! They asked me alot of questions when I was signing up for a trainer to make sure I got a trainer that was perfect for me! My trainer is Patrick and he is amazing! He's funny and does a great job! Club Fitness has a very rigid and inflexible cancellation policy that has left me completely dissatisfied and frankly disappointed in a gym that I enjoyed for many years as a 2x Club Fitness member. When e-mailing with customer service I felt like I was getting automated responses that were not personable or understanding at all. I can assure you I will NOT become a 3x Club Fitness member after this experience.
