Needs some heavier dumbbells. The men's locker room locker's need to be cleaned.
Great place to visit! Thank you for allowing me to have a RIPPED Instructor training at your location! Nancy Elder was a GREAT host!
This is a great facility! It is very nice with a lot of equipment and amenities! I have enjoyed working with my trainer, Jamey. He is excellent and has taught me so much about weight training, strengthening, cardio, and nutrition. I highly recommend working with a trainer. This facility also has a friendly, welcoming staff as well-always happy to see you & they immediately welcome you as you walk in the door. I would also say that CF is very clean and well managed. I love Affton Club Fitness!
