I used to love this place until I was up charged for vacuuming goldfish crumbs. I was told my car was a wreck (which it is...I have 3 kids so....yeah there's crumbs). But they treated it like they had to do a full detail when it was just vacuuming. I paid believing this must be a one time incident because I was in a hurry and have had good service here for 5 years prior. $15 bucks upcharge to vacuum a string of hair!!! Ridiculous... They will not be getting my business!
My first & last visit to this place! If you’re not a member they don’t want your business! Doesn’t matter if you get there first, members pull up & get service first. Memberships should be unlimited visits each month, not front of the line! Never again!
