First of all, NEVER sign up for the memberships. The service is terrible and my car is never cleaned well. Secondly, NEVER bother going as a single visit customer unless you want to wait for over an hour...at least!!! No matter when you go, any and all members that drive up, including those that arrive after you, will be taken before you. This place has awfully rude employees. While trying to explain the misunderstanding about their monthly membership to the attendant, he kept insisting how my wife was foolish for not reading the contract closer. A mistake is a mistake but there is no excuse for how he spoke about my wife (or any customer). Get a better attitude or get a different job.

I just moved to the area and it was a convenient location. There is a members line and a non members line. They let me sit there for over 10 mins as if I was vapor while they tended to the members line. What if I was a potential customer to be a member. Screw that. Worst customer service... because there was NONE. Thank god for back up camera and no more idiots behind me in line. Got the hell out of there. I had been warned but thought how bad could it be? Horrible.

DO NOT GET A VIP MEMBERSHIP!! I tried to cancel my membership after 2 years of being a VIP member. I moved out of state and no longer need the car washes. They WOULD NOT ALLOW it to be done via phone call or email. BUYER beware. They trap you and then threaten to continue taking your money. I am being forced to cancel my credit card.

I’ve been going there for years but don’t work in the area now. So membership does not make sense for me. However it’s apparent now that if you are not a member you are NOT valued. This is my last visit. I passed 2 employees in the hall that said 10 more. I assume that’s to make their sales goal. Very disappointing.

Very seldom do I write a review for a company but this one is special. I went to Club Corners and explain the different areas I wanted to make sure we're accomplished most specifically wiping down the dash and getting rid of some of the excess dust from pollen season so I paid the extra money they suggested to hand wash and to get all of the area's I pointed out. When my car wash was finished it was absolutely not done very well and there were still a lot of dirt under my floor mats. They can rest assure I will not likely be... read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 12 years, since they rebuilt after the tornado. I briefly became a “member” but stopped because I just can’t get there more than once a month. Last week I went in for the “ultimate” car wash. My car was 3rd in line for non members. The guy checking cars in preceded to check in 6 “member” cars while I stood there, not being helped or even acknowledged.
