DO NOT USE CLUB CORNERS CAR WASH !!! Just a service announcement to my neighbors to share my recent experience. Not only are they the worst, but the owner is dishonest. They caused $3500 damage to my car last week. The manager recognized it on the spot, admitted it-wrote up a report that named the employee that did the damage, and told me to submit an estimate to fix. I almost went here again but when I realized that the service was still as slow as before I changed my mind. I’ve honestly never had one good experience here and I wouldn’t recommend their prices to anyone! You can go a mile down the road and get it done for a cheaper price and better job!
RecommendedAlways efficient. My cars are always spotless. The few times I have had a question or concern it was taken care of quickly.
They do an ok job, but will try to up sell you worse than any used car salesperson I know.
I have been going to Club Corners, Alpharetta for over 10yrs and have never had a bad experience until today. I’d been waiting 45mins and went to check on my car to find it was still parked at the entrance. I asked why, it was because I am not a member. How can anyone think this is OK, when I’m a paying customer? I will NEVER go back!
Horrible place, stay away!
If you do not pay to join their member club, you may wait hours before getting your car washed. Not worth the wait. Quality is just “ok.” Our family now takes our four cars to Mammoth Detail Salon in Alpharetta. They are fantastic!!
Not sure what is happening, but they seem to have slowed down their service time drastically. Last time I was here the tunnel broke, there was no communication just finally started hand washing. Took over an hour. This time I was first in line at members at it took 40 minutes for someone to START cleaning my car after it came out of the tunnel. Finally decided to cancel the membership. If I am going to have to dedicate this much time to this, I don’t see the value of the membership.
I've had nothing but positive experiences with our families vehicles and my wife is extremely picky. They always do the best job cleaning and we've been to many carwashes in the metro area. A+, highly recommended!
