This is a great store ! When I am in the neighborhood I always stop in to see what bags they have one morning sometime last week I went looking for a coach diaper bag unfortunately there wasn't a bag large enough I was looking for.The young lady offered to take my name and number and with in less then 24 hours I received a call that a bag was in just what i was looking for she was even nice to text me pictures of the bag itself and actually held it for me till the next morning .Great customer service I wasnt treated as a cus... read more

Won’t ever be back! Proud to say that the owner is GREEDY and misrepresented her fictitious March special! Yes, If you comment on FB, you get 10% off! So, I posted on FB and tried to purchase over the phone! They can’t do that even though I’ve been on a first name basis since they opened!!! Nope, they had to SEE it in person! A FOUR DOLLAR fictitious coupon scam cost this franchise (same owner owns all 3 including NTY Clothing exchange) one hell of a customer! And believe me....I’m certainly paying it forward! The most rude people I have ever met. They treated me like I didn't matter and when I asked about one of their products I was met with attitude. I will never shop there again. Shop at your own risk...

When I got to the store it was 6:15pm and I found a few things to try on and before I could even get to the counter to ask the sales lady behind the counter made sure to inform me the dressing rooms would be closing in 15 minutes which is 15 minutes before they close. It was rude of her to not even seen what I needed and cut me off just to basically rush me....(This was my first time to visit this store). That was not a good first impression.
