Went today. No employees wearing masks. When I messaged to inquire as to why, I was told that they do not make employees wear a mask unless there are multiple people in there or less than 6ft. I was the only one in there, but neither the girl stocking next to me nor the girl who checked me out put me one on. They have the right to their choice, as I do mine to no longer patronize there.
The staff is amazing!!! Super friendly and helpful! They make me feel like family every time I shop! Selection of clothing is top notch! Prices are excellent! My definite go to place to shop!!!💜

I love everything about this store!!
I was there today and bought a scarf and two sweaters. While cashing out I noticed a snag in the scarf. I then notice two snags. I asked the clerk if I could exchange it for one if ones that was the same exact one to which she said “NO. WE’RE CLOSING AND WE DON’T OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. I said you have a pile of the same scarfs over there and I haven’t even left the store. She said it’s out of our inventory and each identical scarf has a different number.

This is my favorite store, always able to find a great deal on high quality clothes in good or even brand-new condition. Huge selection and a very comfortable environment for shopping. Caution, it is easy to lose an hour or 2 of your day in here. 😁
