Worst customer service ever!! Very rude and condescending tones the two times I have visited. Selections not very good either.
I was so pleased with my experience here. The store is wonderfully organized, down to sleeve length! Prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly.

When I got to the store it was 6:15pm and I found a few things to try on and before I could even get to the counter to ask the sales lady behind the counter made sure to inform me the dressing rooms would be closing in 15 minutes which is 15 minutes before they close. It was rude of her to not even seen what I needed and cut me off just to basically rush me....(This was my first time to visit this store). That was not a good first impression. I have visited Clothes Mentor North Little Rock twice and I have had wonderful customer service and overall shopping experience. They are attentive and super friendly. I went in to buy a few things and ended up with lots of other great pieces to add to my wardrobe. I will definitely be returning to this location!
