I would never trust Barbie aka Barbara to do a closing for anyone! I worked with her and many many realtors, title companies, brokers, attorneys, insurance companies, mortgage lenders called to report problems. She ended up dropping the ball on a lot of title searches when clients PAID for the title to be clear and correct! She took money from people and ran please public beware! If anyone has a problem with her please contact the Department of Financial Services investigation is on going.
I would not recommend them to anyone! We paid them for a closing and it took four months to obtain the deed !! In addition , Barbara at Closing Pro never searched for open permits and we had to reach ourselves and received a violation. They never return phone calls. Barbara and her staff are horrible. !!!!!
Great staff
I contacted Barbie to do some title transfer work for me. She has collected money and has failed to answer calls and emails for weeks. The work has not been completed and she is no where to be found. Office is vacated. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Dept. of Financial Services. Beware of this company.
