We were thinking of going out of state to correct our son's severe case of hypospadias but were referred to Dr. Close by a friend, and thank goodness. She is great! Both she and her staff take the time to explain everything. We had no unanswered questions leading up to surgery and they were so supportive afterward as well. I am so so grateful for this amazing team. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Close and her staff!! Wonderful care!!!
Dr. Close diagnosed our daughter better than a top NY City urologist and other NY urologists. She is a perfectly excellent pediatric urologist.
Made an appt on june of 2015. My son was suppose to get circumcise last year. But we we're in a waiting list forever. Every time I called the office and find out when is his appt, they keep on telling that I will get a call in a month. It is very frustrating because when I expect a call from them hoping to get it done, I don't get a call and Its a hassle of calling them because they keep on putting me on hold and always get the response of you will get a call by the nurse in a month or so.
