Would not recommend buying from Clopay. We ordered a Clopay commercial sectional door at ******** on Sept. 11, 2018. At the time of purchase we were told it would be in by Sept. 25th at the latest. My husband and I both agreed that was a reasonable time line. We waited and waited until finally on Oct. 10th, 2018 we received a message from ********t it was in and ready for pickup. I am satisfied with my steel garage door. I purchased the basic, no frills, white steel Clopay door and have had no issues with it since we purchased over 2 years ago. The door gets a lot of use, as my family is constantly opening and closing the door to go places.

Had two Clopay garage doors installed in 2015. One door fine but the other has a rust coming through middle of door from inside. Called The Door Company to come and he took pictures to send to Clopay. They will not stand behind their product. Two years and the door is rusting inside.Poor company to deal with.

I'M A CONTRACTOR WHO HAS PUT ON FIBERGALSS, WOOD, MASONITE AND THE NEWER STEEL GARAGE DOORS. I PUT A INSULATED CLOPAY 16 FT DOOR ON MY HOUSE. IT WAS EXTRA THICK WITH AN INNER AND OUTER SKIN TO MATCH. I ORDERED THEIR OPERATOR BRACKET AND SUPPORTS THEY SAID WERE NEEDED. THE DOOR HAS BUCKELED (SKIN SEPERATED). UPPER GLASS SECTION IS FINE..3 BELOW ARE NOT.
