The current/previous owner passed away. I advise do not send equipment there. I had to drive to the business (house) to get a status on my equipment, only to find it had been shipped to FL for repair by someone else.. Twice, earlier in the week i was promised a return call about my equipment, that never happened. So i wasted half of my Friday to get the info that could of been given me over the phone in 5 min.
Do not do business with this company!! Worst repair experience I have ever had. I sent a Chattanooga DTS traction unit in over 2 weeks ago for repair and was told by representative of Clockwork Innovative that I would have an Estimate within two days and the repair completed within a week. This unit is highly used in my practice and Clockwork Innovative was told this before I sent the unit to them. Therefore, turn around time was a high priority.
