Clinton Memorial in Wilmington, OH is an absolutely worthless medical facility. I went to receive emergency services for issues related to my pregnancy, waited for 3 hours in the waiting room without being seen by a physician, left because I couldn’t wait any longer, and still ended up being charged $300 just for checking in. When I talked to their customer service, the woman was very rude and unsympathetic. Total waste of time and money, and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.
I just had a 4 day stay there revolving getting my gallbladder removed. By far the WORST care I have ever received! I had both my kids there and my appendix removed there years ago and had great nurses and care, not this time! Never got my pain medications on time or near the time, they never came in my room unless I pressed the button for them too ( Which my call light would stay on for a longer amount of time just for them to say they would get my nurse, she usually never came so I would have to press the button again, nev... read more
Dr Clark is a terrible human being beyond anything else you should know about this hospital. If he is the one you have to go to for a birth you should run the other direction entirely. We had a home birth that required a transfer NOT for anything major, just for petosin because my wife's contractions weren't long enough even though she had been complete for hours. Also she needed her bladder emptied via Cath because she was unable to pee and had about 1000ml of urine in her. The babies heart tones were great the entire time ... read more
This was a terrible experience. My dad just left this hospital. He sat for days and had to request that they allow him to be able to wash up or at least have a rag to wash his hands off. He has mobility issues and therefore needs assistance or a walker to be able to get to a restroom or facility. When he came home he had a rash from the improper care and lack of cleanliness. Which you would think would be a high priority. We were not allowed in to see him because of the current virus. Again making soap and water at the ... read more
I was rushed to CMH due to having symptoms of a stroke. (It ended up being a TIA stroke) As soon as I was in the ER, they went into action. Every staff member I encountered was professional, through and friendly. When I was in a room on the third floor, it was the same. Nurses, doctors, even the meal servers were pleasant and helpful in any way they could be. So glad I was taken there!
