I have bought a vehicle there years ago and was a great experience. Now I take my vehicles there for oil changes and will not take it anywhere else. That are always and kind on the phone and in person! Don't trust anyone else!
Care to give a justifiable reason for your dog who is showing signs of neglect?
If you can't take care of an innocent, helpless dog, how could anyone ever buy anything from you, if you take care of a dog like that, how do you care for your customers? It's not a laughing matter, you're inhumane and this is abuse. You should be ashamed of yourselves as humans and business owners.
To all the people berating the condition of a dog owned by the general manager: I recently purchased a vehicle from this group and I couldn't be happier with their communications and care of me as a customer. I also saw the dog and did a double take. The dog has had dredlocks for a long time and it is the personal preference of the owner. It appeared happy and healthy to me.
