Don’t ever buy from these con artists. They only sell you crap. And don’t stick by their warranty when you get an extended one. Plus will sell cars with broken crap in it. Will never do business with them ever again
RecommendedMy daughter was in need of a vehicle with short notice due to a drunk driver totalling her vehicle. She was on a very limited budget and a limited time frame. Ken Rosenbalm and the GM( I forgot to get his name) went above and beyond to get her what she wanted even with her budget limits. No pressure. We were never shown anything over budget. Definitely the best experience we've had buying a vehicle. We will be return customers.

Great service and great to work with when purchasing.
I bought a new F150 a year ago. I had an issue with a tire repair and called the salesman twice. He said he would discuss with his manager and call me back in the afternoon. That was 9 days ago. He didn’t have the courtesy or professionalism to call me back. No one looked at the tire or even asked to look at it. No one did anything. I had to buy a new one for $300 from Farm & Fleet. Disappointed to say the least that my business means so little to them after purchasing a new truck.
we had talked to one the sales people about a 2014 Ford Taurus every thing was by phone because we were 2 hours away the salesman name was Anthony we asked about the condition of the car and he said it was perfect so we made the drive this past Wednesday 7/31/19 when we arrived we noticed right away the car had body work done to the front end it was so terrible it looked like a 2 year old did it so really long story short we came in and showed disappointment and from there were treated poorly and with disrespect. Hard work and dedication in finding you that truck that you have been looking for even when it was a hard one to obtain.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for over a week now! I’ve left several phone messages and Facebook messages that I can see that they read and still no-one will call me back. Whatever you do, do not purchase gap insurance or other insurance through this company because when you want to cancel, they will not respond to help you.
Awful customer service. They will no longer get any of my business after my experience with them today. Completely unprofessional. And this was not the first time. I will be taking all of my business going forward to Kunes In Mt. Carroll, Illinois.
